On Thursday June 5th, 2008 Durisol Inc. became a part of Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund. The Armtec Fund is growing quickly and other divisions already include Armtec and Con-Force.

The Fund plans to support further growth in the Durisol divison both in the US and Canada.
