ACOUSTIC FACING and TREATMENT

Durisol Acoustic Facing Panels are used to clad existing horizontal and vertical surfaces to render such surfaces acoustically absorptive. Panels are light in weight and are fabricated to any specified size with surface textures and or colour to suit specific Architectural requirements. Thicknesses of elements vary to accommodate acoustic absorption specifications up to an NRC of 0.90. The pre-cast elements can be attached by a variety of means: the standard method being bolting through the element to the supporting surface. |
The Durisol Acoustic Facing Panels may also be incorporated during the casting process of any concrete elements. In this case all requirements for fasteners are eliminated.
Applications include: retro-fitting of existing reflective noise walls, building facades, mechanical rooms, shipping and receiving loading areas, ventilation and elevator shafts, tunnels, noisy industrial spaces, etc.
